Corevah is a field service business platform owned and operated by AI-nHancement LLC, based in Saluda, South Carolina. We provide scheduling, invoicing, AI assistance, and website tools to field service businesses. Contact us at support@corevah.com.
Account information: Your name, email address, business name, and payment information when you sign up.
Business data: Customers, jobs, invoices, photos, and other data you enter into the platform. This data belongs to you.
Usage data: How you use the platform, including pages visited and features used, to help us improve the product.
Communications: Messages you send to our support team.
We use your data to provide and improve the Corevah platform, send you service-related emails, process payments through Stripe, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data about your customers (names, contact info, job history) is yours. You can export it at any time from your dashboard. We process it only to provide the service to you. We do not use your customer data for any other purpose.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information. Customer payments made through your platform go directly to your connected Stripe account.
Corevah businesses may send transactional text messages (SMS) to their customers through our platform — such as appointment reminders, "on the way" notifications, quote and invoice notifications, and review requests. Messages are sent only to customers who have provided their phone number in the course of doing business with a Corevah-powered company.
Consent: By providing a phone number to a business that uses Corevah, customers consent to receive service-related text messages from that business. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency & rates: Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. After opting out, no further texts will be sent to that number.
We do not sell or share phone numbers. Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the messaging services described above.
We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Your data is stored on servers in the United States.
You can export all your data at any time. If you cancel your account, we retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export. You may request immediate deletion by emailing us.
