By signing up for Corevah, you agree to these terms. Corevah is owned and operated by AI-nHancement LLC, based in Saluda, South Carolina. Contact: support@corevah.com.
Corevah provides a software platform for field service businesses including scheduling, invoicing, AI assistance, crew management, and website tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use Corevah.
Corevah is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
If payment fails, we will notify you and give you a grace period to update your payment method before suspending your account.
Your business data — customers, invoices, photos, jobs — belongs to you. You can export it at any time. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes other than providing the Corevah service.
Online payment processing for your customers is handled via Stripe Connect. You are responsible for complying with Stripe's terms of service. Corevah is not responsible for payment disputes between you and your customers.
You may not use Corevah for illegal activities, to spam customers, or in ways that harm other users or the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Corevah is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
